There are rules in nature too!

In some natural areas, their preservation is incompatible with some recreational and sporting activities, since they can have direct effects on the good condition of the fauna and flora. During the nesting season you have to be especially careful. Find out about which activities you can do or which ones need authorisation.

Problems it can cause

If we do not respect the recommendations for each natural area, we may be affecting the species that live there. We must consider which areas authorised for access, which ones are best to avoid, and how we can enjoy nature while leaving no trace.

Best practices

Learn about the recommendations for each natural area to protect it:

  • During the nesting season, be especially careful. Find out which areas can or cannot be visited.
  • Many activities (climbing, skiing, snowshoeing, diving, mushroom picking) are regulated or require a permit from the Park. Get information on which activities you can carry out and which ones require authorisation.
  • Respect all signs you come across along the way.
